FAQ’s by our "Farmbot." We don’t enjoy reading FAQ's either, which is why we've introduced a cool Farmbot to answer your FAQ's. It’s the only way to minimize servicing costs, offer locally grown flowers, and keep our prices affordable. E-mails and phone calls take people, people cost money, and in San Francisco, this means higher prices.
Did we convince you that Farmbot is cool? Probably not, but hopefully, you understand our predicament a little better, and give this a try anyway. Simply type in your question below, and if you don't get the answer you need, try again using different words, and we'll see how that goes.
You can use Farmbot for anything from learning about our flowers to delivery issues, and anything in between. It's not as much fun as talking to Christina, but it does allow us to keep our prices affordable.
If that doesn't work, we'll make the switch from Farmbot to Farmgirl. :-)
