Toffee Break

• What flowers are in "Toffee Break"? Toffee Break is a neutral fall vase arrangement featuring thirty farm-fresh flowers plus a flourish of fresh foliage. Expect roses, carnations, mums, lisianthus, spray roses, statice, and hypericum in a petal palette of cream, toffee, tan, and bronze. In other words – pumpkin spice hold the pumpkin! 
• Does "Toffee Break" come with a vase? Yes. Toffee Break ships with a custom java-toned metal vase that stands about 5.5” tall with an opening about 3” wide. 
• How should I style this arrangement in the vase it ships with? Although this arrangement arrives designed, you (or your recipient) must take a few inches off the stems so the flowers sit properly in the vase. Our favorite rule of thumb is to trim off enough length so that the lowest flower in the arrangement sits at or just above the lip of the vase. We include a card in the box with trimming instructions!
• Why are my mums wearing nets? For safe shipping, mum blossoms come covered with a protective net. Gently pull the net off after rehoming your arrangement to the vase included with shipment.
• Can I leave the twine on my "Toffee Break" arrangement? No, we don't recommend leaving the twine on your Toffee Break arrangement because it may prevent the flowers from hydrating properly. The twine is only meant to hold the design's shape during shipment. Once your arrangement is at home with you (or your recipient), the vase is meant to take over. 
• Why are some of my roses still closed? We ship roses in as budded a form as possible on purpose so that they open with you (or your recipient) at home and *not* in the box. 
• Is "Toffee Break" safe for cats and dogs? No. The ASPCA lists chrysanthemums and carnations as toxic to cats and dogs, so keep it out of paw’s reach. Our pet-friendly flowers and plants are made for exactly this.
• How do I care for "Toffee Break"? Trim the stems, keep the vase water clean and topped up, and keep the vase out of direct sun and away from heating vents.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may sometimes need to substitute the vessel paired with this product. In these rare instances, we will replace the vase shown with another that is both appropriately sized for this arrangement and of equal or greater value than the original vessel.
