Fall decor at Farmgirl Flowers means wreaths, swags, and seasonal foliage designed by hand — not pulled off a shelf. Each piece is built to work double duty around your home: on the front door, propped against the mantle, laid down the center of the table, or hung wherever autumn deserves a little more attention.
This is the Fall decor corner of Farmgirl, and it's narrow on purpose. Fall bouquets live in the fall flower shop; wreaths for every other season live in the wreath shop.
Fresh or Dried? The Difference Actually Matters
Fall wreaths come in two kinds. Fresh wreaths are built from living foliage that dries in place on your door. Dried wreaths and swags are built from botanicals that finished drying before we ever touched them. Both last a long stretch. They just want completely different things from you.
Fresh foliage wreaths
These arrive green, pliable, and smelling like the thing they're made of. Hang one out of direct sun and then — the part people don't expect — leave it alone. No water, no misting, no floral spray. It deepens in color and stiffens over a few weeks as it dries in the shape it was designed in, which is the whole idea.
Dried wreaths and swags
Already done drying, so they're both the low-effort option and the long-haul one. Keep them out of direct sunlight, which fades color faster than anything, and away from steady humidity — a bathroom door is the one spot we'd skip. For dust, a hair dryer on cool held well back beats anything you'd wipe them with.
Where to Put It (Besides the Front Door)
The front door is the obvious answer and a good one. It is not the only one:
- Interior doors. A wreath on a bedroom or pantry door is a small, strange delight.
- Above the mantle, propped rather than hung, leaning back on the wall.
- Flat down the center of the table, with candles in the middle. Instant low centerpiece, no vase required.

We ship nationwide to the lower 48 states — we're not able to deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico yet. We ship Monday through Saturday, so nothing sits in a warehouse over a Sunday. Everything travels in a closed box, so open it on arrival and hang the wreath straight away.
