Delivery Terms & Conditions
To keep our delivery prices low, we:

make one delivery attempt
- deliver between 9am - 5pm PST, with 5pm delivery guaranteed (except for select holidays which we give advance notice for extended delivery windows)
- cannot schedule specific delivery times
- cannot contact the recipient to coordinate prior to delivery
- place residential orders at the door as securely as possible if the recipient is not at home. If a secure place is not available, we leave the arrangement with a nearby business for evening pickup and alert the recipient of where to find them.
Please include all pertinent address information including apartment number, hospital room number or door access code so that our couriers can deliver your flowers successfully. If we are unable to deliver your arrangement on the day that you requested, we will contact you to reschedule your delivery for a date when the recipient will be able to receive the arrangement.
