Fresh Hyacinth Bouquets Delivered

Hyacinth are fragrant spring flowers with distinctive clustered blooms. Our hyacinth are grown in Oregon and delivered in surprise color assortments featuring 1-2 colors per bouquet. Available colors include blue, purple, pink, white, yellow, and peach, depending on what's freshest at the time of your order.

Hyacinth arrive with part of the bulb intact to ensure they stay fresh during transit and last as long as possible in your vase. You may notice a little dirt around the bulb, which can be easily brushed or washed away. Using an opaque vase helps conceal the bulb.

We cannot accommodate specific color requests. If you want to experience the full range of colors our grower offers, order multiple times throughout the season.

How to Care for Your Hyacinth

When hyacinth arrive: Do not trim hyacinth stems. Although we recommend trimming 1/2-1"+ off most flower types, we do not recommend this for hyacinth. Unlike most flowers, trimming can shorten their vase life and release a sap that may irritate skin. Simply place them directly into a vase filled with fresh water.

If you see dirt: Hyacinth ship with part of the bulb attached, which may have some soil. Gently brush or wash it away, or use an opaque vase to conceal the bulb.

Daily care: Change water every 2-3 days. Keep arrangements in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

About the fragrance: Hyacinth are naturally scented flowers. The strength of the scent varies by variety and color. We do not recommend gifting hyacinth to scent-sensitive recipients.

Important: If you must trim hyacinth stems despite our recommendation, wear gardening gloves and wash your hands thoroughly after handling to avoid skin irritation from the sap.

Are Hyacinth Safe for Pets?

Hyacinth bulbs and flowers are toxic to both cats and dogs. All parts of the plant contain toxins that can cause vomiting, diarrhea, drooling, and mouth irritation. The bulbs are most toxic, but flowers and stems should also be kept away from pets.

If you have pets at home, browse our pet-friendly flower collection for safer alternatives like roses, sunflowers, and daisies.

If your pet ingests any part of a hyacinth, contact your veterinarian immediately.
