Two Truths and Some Lilacs

• “Two Truths and some Lilacs" is a super seasonal bouquet featuring about five branches of California-grown lilac. Each branch boasts more than one blossom so expect 15-20 fabulously fragrant blooms in total!
• Field blend – Expect an almost entirely purple and/or lavender assortment of lilac varieties. Consider yourself lucky if you get a bit of the white! 
• Totally tubular – Lilacs ship with water tubes attached to the end of each stem to keep them hydyrated on their overnight journey to your doorstep. Please remove before styling in a vase and bonus points for recycling or reusing!
• Thirst trap – Lilac is a notoriously thirsty cut and a droopy drama queen when dehydrated. Keep her well watered by removing most of the foliage, cutting upwards into the stem ~1/2-1" with shears or smashing the end with a rubber mallet, keeping the vase full of fresh, clean H2O, and placing the vase in a cool room (avoid heaters, bright windows, and hot kitchens). 
• Tik tik bloom – Like other fragrant flowers, lilac is sadly short on vase life. Expect a range of 3 days to a week at most!
