A little note from Christina as we head into 2026

Hi there,

Wow. 2026. I can’t quite believe we’re already here.

New Year’s has always been one of my very favorite times of year. As a chronic over-thinker and over-goal-maker, it’s basically my personal Christmas. I love the pause — looking back at the year we’ve just lived through and thinking about what might come next.

I’m very much not a woo-woo person (no judgment if you are!), so all the phrases — resolutions, intentions, manifestations, yada yada — usually make me cringe a little. But whatever you call it, I love this moment. It feels like fresh-fallen snow. Blank slate energy. Cozy blanket, ocean, empty notebook, favorite gel pen, lots of lists. But the good kind of lists.

Before racing ahead, though, I wanted to share a few highlights from 2025 — because it was a really meaningful year for us.

Some highlights from 2025:

  • We bought a small farm and moved our headquarters to Washington (still love California as a person… just not as a business 😅).
  • We started experimenting with growing some of our own flowers (more on that soon).
  • We welcomed some wonderful new team members — and we’ll be adding a few more in 2026.
  • And on a very personal note: I got married. Something I truly never thought I’d do again.

Looking ahead, I’ve already started my (very long) list for 2026. A few highlights there too:

Personal goals:

  • Complain less. Like… far less. (Never is always the goal, but let’s be realistic.)
  • Listen more, say less.
  • Read more, watch less.
  • Choose positivity, even when it feels really hard. Which, let’s be honest, is a lot of the time lately.

Business goals:

  • Hit our top- and bottom-line goals again — with a slightly bigger goalpost this year.
  • Keep investing in the Farm Quarters — more floral crops, another workshop, another barn, finishing the design center… the list truly never ends.
  • And maybe the biggest one: figure out how to create more connection and share more of the good stuff.

We’re doing some really exciting things, and I tend to get so focused on doing that I forget to slow down and share along the way. I’m also really aware of how overwhelming the digital world can be these days, and I want to be thoughtful about what I put into it. My hope for 2026 is to find a better balance — sharing the fun, the beauty, and the behind-the-scenes moments in a way that feels real and worth your time.

This is just the beginning of my lists, but I wanted to share a little of where my head and heart are as we head into the new year — in case it helps you start your own. And if list-making isn’t your thing, that’s okay too.

Just know that we are so incredibly grateful for you. Truly. Without you, we wouldn’t be here, rolling into whatever 2026 becomes together.

Here’s to a really wonderful year ahead.

With so much gratitude,

Christina
