What is an account credit and how do I use it?

An account credit is an available balance that has been issued to your Farmgirl Flowers account, usually for two reasons: 1) our team has issued an account credit as your refund or 2) you may have been gifted a Farmgirl Flowers gift card (lucky you!). To view your Farmgirl Flowers account credit balance, simply sign into your account and click the Account Credit tab within My Account.

Account credits can only be used towards orders placed with the email address linked to your account and will automatically be applied to your next delivery order at checkout. Account credits do not expire. Account credits may not be used to purchase Farmgirl Flowers gift cards and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Please note: Farmgirl Flowers will not be responsible if account credits are used without your permission. Title and risk of loss or misuse fall to the recipient upon receiving account credit/customer account creation to receive account credits. Please treat your account credit like cash and safeguard both it and access to your Farmgirl Flowers account accordingly.

Farmgirl Flowers reserves the right to refuse to accept account credit that Farmgirl Flowers believes or suspects were obtained fraudulently.
