How much time do I have to submit a claim to Route when I experience an issue with my shipment?
Due to the perishable nature of your order, Route requires customers to file claims for Damaged/Perished products within 5 days of delivery, Lost packages within 7 days of the delivery date, and Stolen packages within 5 days of the delivery date. Any claims submitted beyond these timeframes will be automatically denied.
To make things as easy as possible for you, we now process all Route claims on your behalf. If you purchased Route Protection and your order arrived damaged or experienced another shipping-related issue, let us know and we’ll take it from here.
