Where do you deliver?

We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States (we’re sorry Hawaii and Alaska, but are working to deliver there as soon as we can!). We do not deliver to Canada, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or hospitals.

For recipients in an apartment or office building, our couriers will most often leave your arrangement at the front office, front desk, or mailroom for your recipient to retrieve. Your recipient will not be contacted by the delivery driver or a member of the Farmgirl Flowers team as we are legally unable to do so. Regretfully, our shipping partners will not ring the doorbell or knock on the door of the residence to notify the recipient of delivery or ask for a signature, as that is their company policy. We suggest reaching out to your recipient the day of the delivery to let them know to check their porch, mail room, etc. and keep a lookout for their package. We find that recipients are usually thrilled to be receiving a gift and hearing from their loved ones who thought to send them flowers sweetens the gesture even more!

For deliveries to hotels, we also recommend notifying the hotel of your package arriving from Farmgirl Flowers via the designated shipping courier so they can be on alert for the delivery during your or the recipient’s stay. Depending on their security procedures, the concierge/front desk may hold the delivery for guest check-in or place it in the guest’s hotel room. For this reason, please notify the recipient of the delivery’s arrival once you receive the Delivered email notification from us. Here are a few other tips to help ensure your delivery makes it to your recipient:

• Be sure the recipient's name on the order matches the name on the reservation.
• Include “(GUEST)” after your recipient’s last name when submitting your order. This helps the hotel staff when routing the package to the appropriate room or suite.

For deliveries to a college or dorm, please know that the delivery will follow the college or dorm’s own security protocol for receiving shipments. We highly recommend checking with the receiving location about their delivery policies prior to placing an order with us.
