Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?

The short answer is no, and believe us, we don’t like to say no! We don’t guarantee specific flowers in our arrangements so that we can reduce waste and offer premium products to our customers at competitive prices. What do we guarantee? That we will ship a beautiful arrangement made of the best, freshest blooms available that your recipient will love!

What about including or not including specific flowers? We’d love to accommodate specific requests (due to preference, allergy, or otherwise) but unfortunately due to volume and the number of distribution centers we operate in to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful, we cannot accept these requests. Again, we hate to say no, but we developed our approach to offer our Farmgirl arrangements for nationwide delivery across the continental United States. Believe us - it’s a LOT of bouquets and even more logistics involved in being able to do this! At any given time during a business day, we’re hand-making and boxing hundreds or thousands of orders so we can ship them out on time to you. Stopping the production line to locate a specific order and ensure certain blooms are or aren’t included is just too big of a challenge to be able to do well. If your recipient needs a very specific flower variety or has a health concern with a certain type of flower, we suggest choosing one of our single stem varieties, where we can guarantee the flower variety.
