The vase or add-on product I received with my flower arrangement is different from what was photographed on your site. Why?

We often offer vases and add-on products represented in the photos on our site as a pairing or extra gift to purchase in your flower order. For products that are sold with a vase as part of the arrangement and photographed on our website, we may need to substitute the vase with an alternative color or size in the event that we are unable to use the specific vases for a myriad of reasons - we may have received faulty vases, they may be delayed in transit, or have another issue (rusting, material breakage, etc). We do our absolute best to not have this be the case, but when things happen, we commit to replacing it with a vase that we think is a good representation of the original order, and that the quality meets our standards. Not to mention that it will be of equal or great value, obviously!

In the event that we are unable to include your selected add-on product, we will also substitute the product with a similar size and of equal or greater value. Substitutions are made at our discretion and are not eligible for refunds.
