Can I cancel my order after it’s been submitted?

The short answer is… maybe. After submitting your order on our website, there is a small window of time to make any changes to your order. For orders placed during peak times (February, May, November, and December), order changes cannot be made within 7 days of your selected delivery date. For orders outside of those peak times listed, we can’t make any order changes within 3 days of your delivery date.

If your order is still within the time periods mentioned above, you can cancel your order through Your Farmgirl Flowers Account by following the below steps. But please hustle! The window to make any order changes is short!

  1. Log into your Farmgirl Flowers account. (No account? Sign up with the email you used to place the order)
  2. Navigate to My Account > Open Orders
  3. Locate the order you wish to cancel from the list
  4. Click Manage
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window and under the “Need To Cancel Entirely?” section, click Cancel Order and confirm.
  6. If you had a charge for this order, you'll see a refund to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
