I haven’t received my order confirmation, tracking, or delivery notification emails. Can you help me?

We're so sorry that you haven’t received your confirmation email! All order notification emails are sent directly from Farmgirl Flowers but they may have made it to your spam or junk folders (or your Promotions/Spam tab if you’re using Gmail!), so please check there as we want to be able to communicate with you about the delivery of your order!

To avoid repeat Spam issues, we recommend adding orders@farmgirlflowers.com to your Contacts List, this way your messages shouldn't be spammed moving forward.

  • You can find your tracking number in My Account under Open Orders if you have a Farmgirl Flowers customer account with us. If you haven't signed up for a Farmgirl Flowers account, you can do so by clicking here.
  • If you've set up your Farmgirl Flowers account with a work or business email address, check with your IT team regarding whitelisting our domain name so our emails don’t accidentally get quarantined.

If you still haven't found the confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly or the order did not go through. We will be glad to check on this for you and provide you with confirmation, just reach out to our customer care team here.
